Responsibilities: Providing direct care to residents in their basic daily activities (hygiene, feeding, mobilization, and accompaniment). Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Promoting users' autonomy and well-being. Requirements: Valid professional qualification (TCAE, TAPSD, or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Assistance in Social Institutions). Vocation for caregiving, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Residential experience will be valued. Offered: Contract according to collective agreement. Integration into a professional team with a positive working environment and opportunities for development. **Profile:** Requirements Required professional qualification for the position: Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE), Dependency Care Technician (TAPSD), or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Assistance for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. Prior experience in elderly residences, socio-healthcare centers, or dependency assistance services is desirable. Vocation for caring for and assisting elderly people. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with other professionals. Responsible, empathetic, committed individual with strong communication skills. Flexibility, initiative, and ability to adapt to service needs. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
