Description
Ensure the quality and proper maintenance of assigned green areas by leading on-site work teams and serving as the primary point of contact with clients for operational management and swift resolution of incidents.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Technical Supervision:** Conduct regular inspections of gardens to ensure plant health, proper functioning of irrigation systems, and compliance with quality standards.
* **Customer Service and Incident Management:** Act as the direct liaison with clients (property managers, owners, or facility managers), receiving their reports, resolving operational complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
* **Team Management:** Coordinate, assign tasks to, and supervise gardening staff (crews), ensuring adherence to assigned routes and work schedules.
* **Resource Control:** Monitor inventory of tools, machinery, fertilizers, and phytosanitary products, requesting necessary supplies for operations.
* **Reporting and Proposals:** Prepare basic reports on garden conditions and propose additional landscaping budgets or improvements to clients.
* **Safety:** Ensure all on-site team members comply with occupational risk prevention regulations.

Salary: €14,652.00–€24,819.63 per year
