We are **Spain's first 1\&1 assisted stretching concept**, offering personalized sessions to improve our clients' mobility, flexibility, and well-being. Our founders have over **16 years of experience in personal training**, and all our specialists undergo proprietary and exclusive training before beginning work with us. Who are we looking for? We seek individuals passionate about fitness, health, and movement, with a vocation for helping others improve their quality of life. We especially value profiles such as: * Physiotherapists. * Licensed massage therapists. * Personal trainers. * Physical conditioning coaches or sports coaches. Responsibilities * Conduct individual assisted stretching sessions. * Motivate and accompany the client throughout each session. * Ensure proper application of stretching techniques and client safety. * Retain clients and contribute to the growth of the My Flex Club community. * Listen to and address members' needs. * Collaborate in promotional events and commercial activities when required. * Maintain an active presence on social media to support club growth. * Keep equipment and facilities in optimal working condition. * Attend internal meetings and training sessions. Requirements * Qualification or experience in one of the indicated profiles. * Excellent communication skills and empathy. * Ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. * Passion for helping people achieve their goals. * Professionalism, commitment, and responsibility. * Availability to complete our **Specialist Assisted Stretching Training Program**, comprising over **40 hours** of online, in-person, and practical training.
