AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN ANDALUSIA AND EXTREMADURA Working hours: Monday to Friday. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** We require experienced professionals and first-class construction workers with expertise in: * Preliminary study of the construction element based on project documentation or graphical materials. * Preparation of the worksite and organization of the surrounding area. * Identification and preparation of necessary materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and work aids. * Preparation, inspection, application, and maintenance of individual and collective protective equipment required to ensure workplace safety. * Assembly, use, disassembly, and maintenance of small scaffolds, as well as use of scaffolds for elevated work. * Layout of construction elements: spatial distribution, measurements and elevation marking, line drawing (straight, curved, perpendicular, diagonal, etc.), leveling and plumb checking, placement of straightedges or sighting rods, definition of fixtures, and vertical and horizontal modular coordination, preparation of templates or molds. * Execution of shoring and bracing, and installation of molds and other auxiliary components. * Foundation construction. * Installation of sewerage networks. * Construction of walls, partitions, pillars, retaining walls, partition walls, arches, vaults, boundary walls, cornices, lintels, and coping stones using ceramic masonry, stone, or precast concrete elements. * Construction of flat and sloped roofs. * Cracking, plastering, rendering, swirling, and scraping of vertical and horizontal surfaces. * Plastering and scraping of interior surfaces. * Assistance to other trades: cutting grooves, embedding elements and conduits for installations, etc. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Vocational Training Program (Intermediate Level) or Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). **Mandatory: 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course + 6/8-hour specific course aligned with the position/trade.** **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in the required position. Own vehicle. AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN ANDALUSIA AND EXTREMADURA.
