To support our growth, we are looking to bring on board a **Financial Controller** with strong analytical capabilities, business vision, and eagerness to add value from day one. **What will be your mission?** You will be the key person ensuring the company’s financial health. Your primary objective will be management control and business financial planning; however, as this is a comprehensive role, you will also assume responsibility for managing and supervising the company’s **daily accounting**. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Accounting management:** Full accounting cycle management for the company (supplier/customer invoicing, bank reconciliations), monthly and annual closings, and tax preparation. * Preparation, monitoring, and control of the annual budget. * Profitability analysis, commercial margin control, and cost analysis (with strong focus on stock and inventory control specific to the industrial supply sector). * Preparation of monthly *financial reporting* to support management decision-making. * Treasury control and cash flow management. * Optimization and improvement of internal administrative processes. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of proven experience** working as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or in similar roles where you have handled both pure accounting and management control. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related field. * **Technical knowledge:** Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and analytics. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Excel.
