Tasks will include performing nursing care assessments according to medical prescriptions, as well as periodic assessments tailored to each patient's conditions. This includes wound care and other treatments. Essential clinical data for user monitoring, such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, height, and glucose level checks, will be collected, along with recording sleep patterns, bowel movements, and fluid intake, always under medical supervision. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the hygiene and health organization of the department, managing the reception, distribution, and storage of medications and medical supplies, monitoring expiration dates, and recording relevant documentation. They will ensure that administered medication is correct and resolve any incidents. They will coordinate and record medical appointments in Resiplus, prioritizing by specialty.
