For our client, a **construction company operating in Málaga and the Costa del Sol**, **EXPERTA** is seeking a **Construction Site Manager**, to strengthen its team on high-end residential building projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate on-site work execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established quality standards. * Coordinate various subcontractors and industrial contractors involved in project execution. * Organize necessary resources and tasks for proper project development. * Supervise workmanship quality and finishes. * Resolve incidents and anticipate potential issues during work execution. * Coordinate with the Site Manager and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, safety, and health measures. **Required profile:** * Proven experience as a **Construction Site Manager in Málaga and/or the Costa del Sol**. * Experience in **luxury villas, high-end single-family homes, or premium residential projects**. * Solid understanding of the local construction market. * Candidates with an **established network of local subcontractors, industrial contractors, and suppliers** will be especially valued. * Experience in team coordination, work planning, and quality control. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. * A proactive, organized individual capable of anticipating problems and proposing solutions. * Results-oriented, with strong commitment to quality and deadline compliance. **Offer:** * Join a company executing projects in Málaga and the Costa del Sol. * Stable, long-term project assignment. * Full-time employment contract. * Competitive and negotiable salary, based on experience. * Autonomous position with significant responsibility.
