Braun is seeking to hire an Electromedical Equipment Technical Specialist for its Technical Service Department at its Rubí headquarters. The main mission will be to carry out configuration, diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, verification, calibration, and maintenance activities for electromedical equipment, ensuring compliance with B. Braun’s established quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, technical diagnostics, and equipment installation. * Configure, calibrate, and commission equipment, ensuring proper functionality. * Resolve technical incidents and provide specialized support to customers and internal teams. * Record and document all interventions, ensuring information quality and traceability. * Collaborate in developing protocols, manuals, and technical documentation. * Participate in continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization projects. * Support coordination and execution of urgent services during peak demand periods and/or provide remote support to field technicians. * Evaluate new products and collaborate with Quality and Commercial departments. * Interact with customers in critical situations, ensuring clear, professional, solution-oriented communication, preventive and corrective maintenance, and equipment installation in accordance with quality protocols and standards. * Manage spare parts and refurbished equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Education: Higher Technical Degree (FPII) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical service for electromedical equipment * Knowledge of SAP, Service Max, and data analysis tools * English proficiency level B2 * Availability to perform occasional on-site interventions—including installations, preventive and corrective maintenance—as well as other technical support activities at customer facilities, as required by operational service needs. * Responsible and committed individual with a proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, customer orientation, capacity to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. **We Offer** Annual gross remuneration starting from €37.000, adjusted according to the candidate’s profile and experience.
