




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage all environmental, health, and safety activities in industrial plants, including planning preventive activities and analyzing risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and coordination of EHS activities in industrial plants. 2. Collaboration in planning preventive activities and EHS objectives. 3. Management of continuous improvement projects and EHS Kaizen events. **Summary** ----------- Perform duties as an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) technician. Management and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety activities across the two industrial plants located in Martorelles. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Collaborate in planning preventive activities and defining EHS objectives. * Coordinate workplace risk assessments and machine risk assessments. * Manage and lead continuous improvement projects. * Manage EHS Kaizen events and brainstorming sessions. * Conduct EHS inspections. * Analyze and propose corrective and preventive actions arising from various EHS activities (e.g., risk assessments, EHS inspections, hygiene measurements), and track their implementation. * Manage waste collection, as well as loading and unloading of dangerous goods (ADR). * Identify and issue personal protective equipment (PPE). * Prepare informational notices, awareness posters, internal communications, and update daily EHS indicators. * Collaborate in completing DARI, DAE, and ADR Safety Advisor reports, and in evaluating environmental aspects. * Manage medical examinations and competency records. * Update the Emergency Plan. * Manage development and updating of documentation for the occupational health and safety management system and the environmental management system: procedures and instruction sheets. * Collaborate in conducting environmental aspect evaluations. * Manage environmental improvements arising from the company’s Environmental Committee. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Higher Technical Diploma in Occupational Risk Prevention (covering all three preventive disciplines/specialties). * Legislation on occupational risk prevention and main implementing regulations. * Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001\. * Valuable knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement. * Languages: English (intermediate level). * Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. **Education and/or Work Experience** ------------------------------------ **Technical Skills/Physical Requirements** ------------------------------------------
