Positive work environment Cook – Les Gavines Residential Facility (Castelldefels) At **Les Gavines Residential Facility**, located in **Castelldefels**, we are seeking a **Cook/Cookess** to join our team in March due to the retirement of the current professional. Responsibilities: * Daily preparation of menus for elderly residents. * Preparation of adapted diets (pureed, low-sodium, diabetic, etc.). * Quality control, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations (HACCP). * Kitchen organization and basic management of orders and inventory. * Coordination with management and healthcare staff. Requirements: * Prior experience in collective catering, residential facilities, hospitals, or canteens. * Food handling training. * Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills. * Experience in geriatric nutrition is preferred.
