Kitchen maintenance and compliance with hygiene regulations **JOB OFFERING – COOK / KITCHEN SUBSTITUTIONS** A senior residence is seeking an experienced Cook to cover kitchen staff vacations during August and September. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and cooking of meals. * Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and utensils. * Receiving and organizing supplies. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Temporary substitution of the cook during vacation or absence periods. Requirements: * Prior experience as a cook. * Experience and autonomy in menu planning and basic cooking for collective catering or food service. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Experience in senior residences, hospitals, or collective dining facilities is desirable. * Availability to cover shifts and staff vacations. Conditions: * Contract for covering kitchen staff vacations. * Working hours and shifts according to the center’s schedule. Short week / long week. * Immediate start. * Working hours: 8:00–15:00 and 16:00–20:00. Interested candidates may submit their applications indicating prior cooking experience and availability.
