Indefinite-term contract A company specializing in building construction and maintenance requires a Construction Technician or Site Supervisor to prepare budgets and conduct site visits. **Main responsibilities include:** We are looking for an experienced SITE MANAGER to manage and supervise projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality during execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle supervision of assigned projects, including supplier management, financial control, and technical supervision. **Immediate hiring** **Main responsibilities** * Monitoring and controlling construction execution * Supervising material quality and workmanship * Preparing budgets and negotiating with suppliers * Preparing and managing construction certifications * Controlling timelines and costs, ensuring achievement of objectives * Coordinating work teams and subcontractors * Supporting occupational health and safety management on site * Administrative project follow-up **Requirements** * Experience in construction control and execution * Ability to manage budgets and certifications * Knowledge of construction materials and quality control * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors * Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations on construction sites **Preferred qualifications** * Organizational and planning skills * Negotiation skills * Proactivity and incident resolution capability * Leadership and teamwork abilities **Offered:** Indefinite-term contract Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8 AM–2 PM Variable compensation based on budget preparation performance.
