Requirements **Requirements** * **Proven experience:** Minimum 5 years as a Construction Site Manager in residential or commercial building projects. * **Specific training:** Accredited Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course for the construction sector (20 or 60 hours). * **Residence:** Residence in Menorca or full availability to relocate and reside there. * **Competencies:** Leadership ability, organizational skills, problem-solving attitude, and proficiency in handling technical documentation. * **Mobility:** Valid driving license category B.
