We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join their team and lead significant projects. **Job Description:** We seek a Construction Manager with extensive experience managing construction projects, especially those carried out in collaboration with public administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities. * Efficiently manage human and material resources. * Ensure compliance with required deadlines and quality standards. * Control costs and manage the project budget. * Rapidly and effectively resolve technical and execution-related issues. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain smooth communication with public administration and other stakeholders. Requirements * Degree in Construction Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. * Minimum 10 years’ experience as Construction Manager on building projects. * Proven experience in projects carried out with public administration. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes and current regulations. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. * Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
