From NEO Sports Facilities, we are seeking a person to join our team of custodians immediately to fill a vacancy at the Mazo facility. ✅ **Main responsibilities** * Cleaning and disinfection of all facility areas (floors, walls, furniture, glass surfaces, doors, and common areas). * Restocking and cleaning of bathroom consumables (toilet paper, soap, hand towels, etc.). * Emptying trash bins and managing waste, including proper sorting where applicable. * Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces according to the specific needs of each area. * Cleaning offices, locker rooms, break rooms, and other facilities. * Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the workday. * Proper use of cleaning products and equipment, adhering to safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. ✅ **Minimum requirements** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Prior experience in custodial, cleaning, or maintenance tasks for public or private facilities. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. ✅ **Economic conditions** * Remuneration according to the **State Collective Agreement for Sports Facilities and Gyms**, proportional to 50% of full-time working hours. (Reference guideline: gross monthly salary approximately between **€800 and €1,100**, depending on applicable wage tables and supplements). ✅ **Expected start date** Immediate, or as scheduled per service planning.
