Position Summary: We are seeking a Budget Study Technician for our Technical Office, responsible for the technical-economic analysis of building and renovation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Budget Study Technician – Technical Office **Profile: Technical Architecture / Civil Engineering** As part of our Construction Department, you will work from the Technical Office, performing technical-economic analyses of building and renovation projects, preparing feasibility studies, detailed budgets, and the technical documentation required for tender submissions and bids. Main Responsibilities * Project analysis (reports, drawings, specifications, and measurements). * Preparation of measurements and itemized budgets by chapters and line items. * Analysis of direct and indirect costs (labor, materials, machinery, and auxiliary resources). * Requesting and comparing technical-economic quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparation of technical documentation for public and private tenders. * Analysis of productivity rates and unit price analysis. * Proposals for technical and economic optimization of the project. * Coordination with the Purchasing and Production Departments. * Preparation of preliminary construction schedules when required. * Technical support during the contracting and project commencement phases. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. * Experience in budget studies or construction production. * Solid knowledge of construction processes in building and/or civil engineering. * Advanced proficiency in budgeting tools (Presto, Arquímedes, or similar). * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Familiarity with MS Project or other scheduling tools is desirable. * Strong technical analytical ability and economic awareness of projects.
