ASSISTANCE ASSISTANT – J. PEIRÓN HOSPITAL
**Location:** La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia)
The **J. Peirón Hospital**, specializing in child and adolescent mental health and care for minors with behavioral support needs, is seeking to hire **Assistance Assistants** for its direct intervention team.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Daily care, accompaniment, and supervision of admitted minors.
* Support in activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, autonomy, and organization.
* Accompaniment in educational, therapeutic, occupational, and leisure activities.
* Implementation of educational and assistance guidelines established by the team.
* Observation and documentation of minors’ progress and behavior.
* Support and accompaniment during emotional or behavioral dysregulation, in accordance with hospital protocols.
* Reporting incidents and coordinating with other team members.
* Participation in meetings, training sessions, and internal organizational activities.
What profile are we looking for?
We seek responsible, committed individuals with strong teamwork skills and a particular interest in **child and adolescent mental health**.
Relevant training will be valued, including:
* Social Integration.
* Care for People in Situations of Dependency.
* TCAE (Technical Assistant in Nursing).
* Social Education.
* Psychology.
* Other healthcare, social, or socioeducational qualifications related to this field.
Prior experience working with minors, mental health, disability, behavioral disorders, or residential care settings will be especially valued.

Salary: €19,000.00–€21,000.00 per year
