Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for home care services, providing comprehensive support to dependent individuals in their homes to promote their autonomy and well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with daily activities: personal hygiene, sanitation, and mobility. 2. Support with feeding, medication administration, companionship, and emotional well-being. 3. Promotion of user autonomy and well-being. We seek home care personnel for the Adeje area, targeting dependent individuals requiring support in their own homes. The role involves assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, sanitation, and mobility, always aiming to foster each user's autonomy and well-being. Daily duties include support with feeding and medication administration according to established guidelines, as well as companionship and emotional support. Basic household cleaning and monitoring of the overall condition of the person receiving care are also included, along with other duties inherent to the position. The contract is temporary, with full-time hours (40 hours per week), scheduled from Monday to Sunday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, including legally mandated breaks. \- Previous experience in home care (desirable) * Flexible availability. \* Driver's license and personal vehicle (desirable). Empathetic, responsible individual with a service-oriented mindset. Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Native Spanish speaker \- Other languages desirable * Nursing Assistant (TCAE), or Bachelor's/Diploma in Nursing, or Social-Healthcare Technician / Professional Certification (Sociosanitary Care for Individuals at Home), officially recognized
