Responsibilities include managing and organizing documents and files, as well as handling telephone and email communications with clients and suppliers. Financial and administrative processes are also supported, such as preparing and tracking invoices, and managing collections and payments. Additionally, collaboration is required in preparing various reports and analyses to support decision-making. The position requires participation in departmental projects and activities, providing operational support. Proficiency in office software—particularly Microsoft Office—is essential, along with organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication, working collaboratively within a team. Education in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields is required. Prior experience in similar administrative roles is necessary. Excellent proficiency in office software—especially MS Office—is mandatory. Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective time management are essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also required. A proactive, responsible attitude with strong service orientation is highly valued.
