Claims Consultant. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include** * Ensuring maintenance of the Claims module in Salesforce (B2C). * Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Definition and Monitoring: establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess Salesforce's efficiency and effectiveness. * Data Analysis: interpreting KPI-derived data to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making. * Incident Management: * Coordination: maintaining constant communication with teams responsible for handling claims and ICT to ensure rapid and efficient incident resolution. * Documentation and Tracking: recording and monitoring all incidents to ensure timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures. * Project Collaboration: * Problem and Capability Definition: collaborating to identify issues and define required capabilities to improve claims management efficiency. * Economic Analysis: evaluating Salesforce investments through KPI analysis, costs, return rates, and ROI to ensure investment profitability. * Prioritization and Continuous Improvement: * Needs Prioritization: identifying and prioritizing improvement needs based on KPIs and aligning them with the unit’s strategic objectives. * Consensus Building: working jointly with ICT and claims managers to reach agreed-upon solutions and commitments that enhance Salesforce’s efficiency and effectiveness. ### **Requirements** Technical Knowledge: * Problem-Solving Skills: * Communication Skills: * Management Skills * Adaptability and Continuous Learning ### **What We Offer** * Join a well-established business group with national and international presence. * Permanent contract. * 100% remote work arrangement. * Possibility to be assigned to centers in Seville, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
