Warehouse and Maintenance Operator

Description

We are looking to incorporate into our team a **responsible, solution-oriented, and versatile** person to work in our warehouse and handle both routine warehouse tasks and the **general maintenance of facilities**. We seek a practical profile with initiative and the ability to carry out minor repairs and resolve everyday incidents. Main responsibilities **Warehouse** * Receiving, preparing, and organizing goods. * Loading and unloading orders. * Organizing and maintaining the warehouse. * Tracking and locating goods. * Preparing orders. * Operating pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment. **Maintenance** * General facility maintenance. * Painting tasks and minor repairs. * Repairing and assembling furniture, shelving, and other elements. * Minor plumbing work. * Basic knowledge of electricity and maintenance. * Minor repairs of machinery and motors. * Identifying and resolving simple malfunctions. * Preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment. Candidate profile * Experience in **warehouse and/or maintenance** work. * Skilled in performing repairs and manual tasks. * Basic knowledge of **plumbing, electricity, painting, and mechanics**. * Ability to use hand and power tools. * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Ability to identify problems and find solutions. * Experience with warehouse machinery will be valued. * A forklift operator's license will be valued. * Driver's license. We do not necessarily require a specialist in all areas, but rather a **versatile and solution-oriented person**, accustomed to performing maintenance tasks and capable of autonomously handling minor repairs that may arise on a daily basis.
