Position Background: This warehouse primarily stores prefabricated building components, tent structures, and related equipment. Inbound/outbound frequency is relatively low, and overall operational pace is steady. Core duties include daily supervision, equipment maintenance, and organizing/storing items back in place. Workload increases during the second half of each year (June–November), coinciding with the F1 Madrid event and other major activities. This is not a high-tempo e-commerce or logistics warehouse; rather, it aligns more closely with asset management of equipment and materials. Responsibilities: * Conduct daily warehouse supervision to ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness * Perform regular inspections and maintenance on tent structural components, prefabricated building parts, and equipment stored in the warehouse * Classify, store, and label equipment and tools according to established standards to maintain orderly storage * Coordinate with project teams to accurately record inbound/outbound transactions and inventory status * Operate forklifts to relocate, load/unload, and reorganize large components * Assist with stock preparation and shipment logistics for key projects in the second half of the year (e.g., F1 Madrid) * Manage local warehouse supervision and organization in F1 Portugal during the first half of the year, as assigned by the company Requirements: * Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese; familiarity with warehouse-related communication in construction/engineering/events sectors is preferred * Priority candidates: Chinese nationals or ethnic Chinese; Spanish nationals fluent in Chinese are also welcome * Work experience: Prior experience in warehouse management and equipment supervision; capable of independently handling routine warehouse operations * Certification: Valid forklift operator certificate * Meticulous, responsible, able to work independently and self-motivated * Possess valid Spanish work permit or EU residence/work authorization * Basic computer skills (inventory recording, simple spreadsheets, etc.) * Physically fit to perform routine manual labor Work Pace Description: First half (January–May): Lower workload; focus on routine inspections and equipment organization/maintenance; relaxed pace. Second half (June–November): Increased workload due to major projects such as F1 Madrid; required to support stock preparation, outbound logistics, and related tasks per project schedule. Employees may be assigned to manage the local warehouse for F1 Portugal; travel arrangements will be communicated in advance, and all related expenses will be covered by the company.
