We are a hotel group on the Costa Brava and are seeking a waiter/waitress for two of our hotels located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Key responsibilities include: * Maintaining the restaurant and bar dining areas in perfect order and cleanliness. * Greeting and attending to guests and customers at the restaurant entrance. * Presenting the gastronomic offerings from the menu, and making recommendations appropriate to each guest’s profile. * Taking orders accurately, noting special requests and details. * Maintaining effective communication with the kitchen to ensure an appropriate service pace, as well as proper cleaning and hygiene of equipment and materials. * Serving dishes and beverages. * Addressing any complaints and providing suitable solutions. * Clearing tables immediately after each service. * Reporting any issues, complaints, or incidents occurring during service to the direct supervisor. * Anticipating guests’ needs and offering services before they are requested. * Performing other duties required for the position. Requirements: * Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent. * Foreign language skills are desirable. * Residency near the workplace is advantageous. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
