The selected professional will be responsible for the main dining room service activities in a restaurant. Their duties will include the professional use and handling of trays for the safe transportation of beverages and dishes, ensuring agile and orderly service. Customer service will be a fundamental priority, involving a friendly and solution-oriented attitude, as well as the ability to efficiently manage customers' requests and inquiries. Another key responsibility will be taking food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate communication of information to the kitchen and bar, as well as subsequent table service. The waiter or waitress will actively participate in setting up and clearing the dining room, including table preparation, replenishment of table linens and cutlery, and general maintenance of cleanliness and order in their assigned area. In short, the position requires constant presence in the dining room, coordination with the team, and performance of all tasks inherent to service, to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience and smooth operation of the establishment during service hours. At least one year of verifiable prior experience in a similar waiter/waitress position is strictly required. Completion of primary education is essential. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of restaurant service and demonstrate customer service skills.
