Liquidity and cash flow management A major international distribution company offering its customers a wide range of molecular diagnostic products for immunology, transplantation, genetics, oncology, and blood banks selects the following position for its administration team in Zaragoza: **Treasury Manager** ============== **Responsibilities:** 1. Liquidity and cash flow management * Daily cash flow monitoring and short- and long-term treasury forecasting, as well as recording of receipts and payments and management of overdue debt collection. 2. Financial planning and control * Preparation of annual treasury budgets and variance analysis. 3. Financial risk management * Identification and mitigation of liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks, as well as arranging necessary hedging instruments and insurance coverage. 4. Banking relationships * Liaising with financial institutions and overseeing compliance with agreed banking conditions. 5. Treasury operations and accounting control * Calculation and accounting of treasury-related documents (commissions, guarantees, loans, interest). Bank reconciliation. 6. Investment and financing * Evaluation of opportunities to invest surplus liquidity, as well as working capital financing when required. 7. Group insurance management * Oversight of corporate insurance policy procurement and renewal to ensure adequate coverage for assets, operations, and risks. Coordination with brokers regarding terms and cost optimization. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field. * Minimum of **4–5 years** of experience in accounting and treasury functions. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **Power BI**. * Intermediate level of English. * Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and holistic business perspective. **Desirable:** * Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central and/or A3. * Knowledge of tax regulations. **Offered:** * Immediate integration into a sector-leading company with international presence. * A dynamic, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
