We already have over 80 professionals across Spain (and counting). Now, we aim to take the next step by strengthening our team with the addition of a **Systems Manager**, someone who will lead the area, manage our technology assets, and become the technical reference within the organization. Here are some of your main responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote IT support (software and hardware) to users with Windows and macOS devices across Spain. You will also participate in asset administration, including budget control. * Manage **Workplace** (workstations, applications, devices, and peripherals). * Administer and maintain the **CMDB** using an **ITSM** tool for incidents and changes (experience implementing ITSM solutions such as **GLPI** or similar is valued). * Administer **Microsoft 365**: Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and **Intune** for centralized device management. Additionally, administer and secure endpoints using Microsoft 365\. * Manage device security (PCs and mobile devices) and apply cybersecurity policies via Intune. * Coordinate with vendors, especially regarding hardware leasing contracts. * Monitor the **compliance** system (ENS and ISO 27001\), prepare documentation, and support audits.
