Position Summary: We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee room cleaning and maintenance, manage inventories, coordinate incidents, and lead and train hotel staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control of room and common areas cleaning and maintenance. 2. Inventory management and incident tracking. 3. Training and development of supervised staff. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires a FLOOR SUPERVISOR to work at our MAJORICA hotel, located in PALMA DE MALLORCA. The main responsibilities include: * Supervision of room and common areas cleaning and maintenance, including periodic inspections and quality checks prior to guest arrival. * Inventory management: monitoring and restocking minibar items, linens, amenities, and other supplies; checking expiry dates. * Recording and tracking incidents, malfunctions, and lost items, communicating and coordinating necessary actions with relevant departments. * Staff training and development, promoting customer orientation and teamwork. * Room cleaning following the standards set by the hotel chain. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3\-4 years’ previous experience as a housekeeping attendant. * Leadership, organizational, and customer-oriented interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of team management and inventory control. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
