We are looking for a person to lead a team of 6 to 8 people in a retail store in Lleida. The main responsibility will be to direct, coordinate, and supervise the team, fostering a positive work environment focused on achieving goals. Daily store operations will also be managed, including supervision of order, cleanliness, product categorization, and labeling—covering toys, furniture, and household goods. Stock control, planning replenishments, and maintaining an orderly and visually appealing store are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves adapting work processes and team assignments during commercial campaigns, such as those for Christmas or summer. Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in a similar position managing teams of at least 5 people, with a practical profile well-versed in day-to-day tasks. Strong leadership ability, organizational skills, initiative, and business acumen are essential. A permanent contract is offered, with split working hours from Monday to Friday (10:00–13:30 and 16:30–20:30\). During peak campaigns, working hours may be extended; however, public holidays worked will be compensated with two days off. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, managing teams of at least 5 people. Operational profile with knowledge of replenishment, organization, and attention to detail. Competencies include leadership ability, organization, proactivity, and commercial vision. Flexible availability according to seasonal campaigns. Residence in Lleida or surrounding areas. No formal education required, though additional training is valued. Fluency in Spanish.
