We are looking for a junior profile to join the Speech Analytics team. Their primary mission will be to transform customer-organization interactions into actionable insights, aiming to improve customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Mission Extract, process, and analyze conversations originating from Speech Analytics systems. Design and maintain taxonomies, ontologies, and analysis categories. Build classification models, topic detection, sentiment analysis, silence detection, interruption detection, and conversational pattern recognition. Conduct exploratory and analytical analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and alerts. Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reports that translate data into clear, business-actionable insights (Operations, Internal Control, CX, Commercial). Identify drivers of dissatisfaction, friction, and opportunities for automation or self-service. Propose improvements to processes, scripts, and advisor training. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for the business. **Administer the Speech Analytics platform:** Nice Nexidia. Optimize models and analysis workflows within the platform. Requirements University degree with specialization in Data Analytics (Master’s, postgraduate program, bootcamp, etc.). No specific prior experience in this role is required, as full training will be provided from scratch. Experience in a Contact Center-type structure would be valued.
