At W2M, we operate with a global product vision and a clear results orientation, fostering strong relationships with our strategic partners. ***Your Mission*** You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing our supplier portfolio, ensuring product competitiveness, profitability, and proper integration across the Group’s various business lines. ***What Will You Do Daily?*** * Manage and monitor daily sales, margins, budgets, and rebates from suppliers. * Propose proactive actions jointly with suppliers and internal teams to optimize results. * Conduct price comparisons and product competitiveness analysis. * Negotiate, manage, and analyze commercial campaigns. * Monitor mapping status and ensure correct product availability. * Manage hotel templates and the portfolio of hotels for sale, aligned with the product strategy. * Negotiate credit limits, payment terms, and rebate agreements. * Coordinate and supervise XML connections together with the Supplier Integrations team. * Identify new sales opportunities and recommend product mix for customers and business lines. * Acquire, negotiate, and integrate new suppliers, coordinating the process with relevant departments. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What Do We Need From You?*** **Mandatory** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sourcing or supplier management role. * Advanced level of English. * Willingness to travel. * University degree in Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Proactivity and autonomy in day-to-day management. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Desirable** * Prior experience in tourism distribution or travel tech environments. * Knowledge of XML integrations and connectivity environments. * Experience negotiating with international suppliers. * Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. **What Do We Offer?** Being a **W2M·People** member comes with advantages—because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
