**Objective**

Type of Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 15 hours per week
Professional Group: Group 2 (National Agreement on Social Action and Intervention)
Schedule: Monday to Friday mornings, plus one afternoon per week (to be determined).
Gross Annual Salary: between €9,000 and €10,000 (according to the National Agreement on Social Action and Intervention and working hours).
The selected candidate will carry out, among others, the following responsibilities:
* Social intervention and individualized support for families in situations of vulnerability.
* Design, monitoring, and evaluation of family intervention plans.
* Information, guidance, and management of social resources.
* Processing of financial aid, scholarships, benefits, and public resources.
* Accompaniment in administrative regularization processes for migrants and other related immigration procedures.
* Support in socio-labor integration processes: vocational guidance, CV preparation, active job search, and referral to specialized resources.
* Coordination with Social Services, educational centers, healthcare facilities, social entities, and other community agents.
* Preparation of social reports and documentation of interventions.
* Participation in interdisciplinary team coordination meetings.
**Profile:**
Mandatory:
* Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Social Work.
* Experience in intervention with families in situations of vulnerability.
* Knowledge of social resources, public assistance programs, and benefits.
* Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
* Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with other professionals.
Particularly valued:
* Experience in immigration procedures and administrative regularization.
* Experience in vocational guidance and labor integration.
* Experience in third-sector organizations.
