**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or professional qualification. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong learning ability. Candidates of the underrepresented gender will be given preference. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ Relevant experience in educational settings is desirable. Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Position:** ---------------------- As part of the center's Educational Team, the candidate will carry out pedagogical and educational intervention tasks with the center's users. Participate, under the supervision of management and together with technical staff, in studying and developing each individual's or group's intervention plan. Specifically implement said intervention plan within the center's educational project. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- 37.5 hours per week. Coverage of temporary replacements and vacations across Gran Canaria's network of residential homes in various locations. **Minimum Educational Qualifications:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Immediate incorporation.
