We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and committed individual who focuses on person-centered care and is capable of promoting residents' well-being, social participation, and quality of life. \-Design, plan, implement, and evaluate socio-educational programs and activities adapted to residents' needs and interests. \-Promote active participation, personal autonomy, and social integration both within and outside the facility. \-Promote cultural, recreational, community-based, and intergenerational activities. \-Participate in welcoming and adaptation processes for new residents. \-Identify social, relational, and emotional needs, proposing appropriate interventions in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. \-Collaborate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of individualized care plans. \-Maintain contact and coordination with families when necessary. \-Foster residents' connection with the local community and territorial resources. \-Prepare records, reports, and documentation of activities and interventions carried out. \-Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement projects. * SOCIAL EDUCATOR * Vehicle availability required * Temporary employment contract (9 months) * Part-time schedule (25 hours \- weekly working hours) * Additional information of interest: Monday to Friday.
