Here, you won’t just write code—you’ll shape architecture, guide fellow professionals, and contribute your vision to large-scale projects. * **Agile Collaboration:** You’ll work side-by-side in agile environments to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. * **End-to-End Ownership:** You’ll take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from initial analysis and architectural design through testing and final deployment. * **Cutting-Edge Architecture:** You’ll design, implement, and maintain robust microservices and advanced integrations based on an Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). * **Technical Excellence and Best Practices:** You’ll promote and ensure adherence to the highest standards in coding, architecture, and software engineering through code reviews and advocacy of *clean code*. * **Mentoring and Leadership:** You’ll lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring proposed solutions align perfectly with business objectives. * **Strategic Communication:** You’ll simplify and effectively communicate complex technical concepts—both to technical peers and business stakeholders. * **AI-Driven Impact:** You’ll apply and develop Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance performance and optimize development processes. **What Will Make You Successful** #### **Must-have (Essential Requirements)** * **Solid Experience:** Minimum **8 years of proven experience** as a Backend Developer or Fullstack Developer. * **Backend Specialization:** Strong expertise in backend development, particularly with **Java** and **microservices architecture**. * **Technical Leadership:** Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical projects with minimal supervision. * **Event-Driven Architectures:** Experience with event-driven architectures and deep knowledge of **Kafka / Confluent**. * **CI/CD Ecosystem:** Comfort working with continuous integration and deployment pipelines—including tools such as **Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket**. * **Software Quality:** Solid understanding of testing practices—including unit, integration, and regression testing. * **Agile Methodologies:** Hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as **SCRUM** or **Kanban**. * **Languages:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
