DESCRIPTION One of our clients is looking for a Senior Electrical Construction Supervisor for their offices in Palma de Mallorca, with the following responsibilities: * Organization and supervision of in-house teams and subcontractors on site. * Planning of electrical works according to project specifications and schedule. * Monitoring of execution, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Management and optimization of resources, including labor, materials, and auxiliary equipment. * Tracking of deadlines and identification of deviations. * Coordination with Site Management, Project Manager, and other trades. * Strict enforcement of occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Periodic reporting on the status of the project. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Construction Supervisor. * Proven experience in building construction projects, such as tertiary sector, hotels, residential, or similar. * Advanced expertise in low-voltage electrical installations. * Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. * In-depth knowledge of current electrical regulations. * Autonomy and planning ability, as well as sound decision-making capacity on site. **Conditions** * Job stability. * On-site work in Palma. * Working hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. * Private health insurance covered by the company. * Technical equipment necessary to perform the role. * Professional development within the organization.
