DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Security Guard for a store position in Manacor. This is a stable full-time position of 150 hours/month, with 6-hour daily shifts from Monday to Saturday, on rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Salary based on the private security collective agreement plus a monthly gross bonus of €650. FUNCTIONS * Customer service for external and internal clients. * Compliance with internal operational regulations and alignment with the client's brand culture. * Responsibility for protecting assets and people, as well as surveillance and control of facilities. * Prevention of criminal acts and cooperation with the State Security Forces and Corps. WHAT WE OFFER * Stable employment contract. * Rotating morning and afternoon shifts of 6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday. * Salary according to the private security collective agreement \+ €650 gross monthly bonus. * Continuous and free training provided by the company (no prior experience required). * A young and dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS * MANDATORY possession of the Private Security Officer ID Card (T.I.P.) issued by the Ministry of the Interior, or having already submitted all required documentation to the private security authorities, pending only the physical card issuance.
