We look forward to growing together toward a brighter future. * Define and lead cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and senior management. * Implement and mature Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in regulated environments. - Lead compliance and maintenance programs aligned with the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS, RD 311/2022). * Adapt organizational structure and governance to comply with the NIS2 Directive. * Lead corporate and technological risk management programs. * Oversee and coordinate Security Operations Centers (SOC) and incident response (24x7 model). * Integrate security into technology projects (security by design / DevSecOps). * Provide executive reporting to management and governance bodies. * Coordinate with public cybersecurity agencies (ACC, CCN-CERT, CTTI or equivalent). * Work format: Hybrid, with 60% on-site presence in the Barcelona metropolitan area. * Catalan spoken and written (bilingual with Spanish). * English proficiency: minimum B2 level. Certifications: * Must hold at least one valid information security certification from the following options: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 22301 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA, CDPSE (or similar), CCSK v5 or equivalent. VALUABLE REQUIREMENTS: * Strong communication skills, ability to engage with senior management, and capability to produce executive-level risk and security status reports. * Prior experience as CISO or head of a security office/team in the public sector or critical entities. * Experience managing third-party and supply chain risks (TPRM) in multi-vendor environments. Knowledge/experience in business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans (DRPs). * English certification: B2/C1 level. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum bachelor's degree in computer engineering, telecommunications, or equivalent.
