Atelier de Ballerinas is a company specialized in the buying and selling of artisanal footwear manufactured in the province of Barcelona. We operate three physical stores located in the heart of the city of Barcelona, where we offer over 800 different models of ballerina flats, distinguished by our commitment to design, quality, and exclusivity. We are seeking a sales assistant to join our team at one of our Barcelona stores. In this position, you will be responsible for attending to customers and delivering an enjoyable, personalized shopping experience. Your daily tasks will include advising and selling our products, maintaining store organization, and ensuring all items are properly displayed. Responsibilities: * Professionally and warmly attend to and advise customers. * Maintain store order and presentation. * Process payments and manage returns. * Organize and monitor inventory. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferably in footwear or fashion). * Required languages: * Spanish: Native or bilingual level. * Catalan: Native or bilingual level. * English: Advanced level. * Availability to work 30 hours per week. * Adaptability, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Interpersonal skills, punctuality, and customer orientation. **We offer:** * Opportunity to join a dynamic company passionate about artisanal fashion. * 25-hour weekly contract, scheduled Monday–Tuesday and Friday–Sunday. * 25-hour weekly contract, scheduled Wednesday–Sunday. * 30-hour weekly contract with rotating shifts and alternate weekends. * Immediate start.
