A professional, dynamic and constantly evolving environment Location: San Sebastián – Donostia Working Hours: Split shift Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Start Date: As soon as possible At Paulo Airaudo Group, we continue growing and are seeking talent for the dining room team across **two of our restaurants**: * **Head of Dining Room** * **Deputy Head of Dining Room** We seek professionals passionate about gastronomy, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering memorable experiences to every guest. **Your Mission** You will join the dining room team, leading or supporting daily operations, ensuring impeccable service and maximum satisfaction for our guests, always aligned with the group’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise dining room service * Lead, motivate and train the team (depending on position) * Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management * Manage reservations, staff shifts and daily operations * Ensure compliance with group standards * In the case of the Deputy Head of Dining Room, provide direct support to the Head of Dining Room **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience as Head of Dining Room or Deputy Head of Dining Room * Leadership, organizational and teamwork skills * Language proficiency (English and French are valued) * Wine knowledge is an advantage * Proactive attitude, customer orientation and passion for hospitality **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract * Split shift * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Real opportunities for growth within the group * A professional, dynamic and constantly evolving environment If you are motivated to join a solid, innovative and expanding gastronomic group, we would love to meet you.
