We are hiring! *Network Project Manager / Network Project Manager (Barcelona)* We are seeking a proactive Telecommunications Engineer with leadership capabilities to assume the role of Network Project Manager. You will be responsible for designing, budgeting, and leading the implementation of technological infrastructure projects, coordinating external technical teams, and ensuring adherence to established timelines and costs. Location: Barcelona Work Mode: On-site Key Responsibilities * Project Management and Budgeting: Plan, quote, and control network installation budgets, optimizing financial and material resources (Mandatory Requirement). * Design and Infrastructure: Read, interpret, and design network and telecommunications infrastructure blueprints. * Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the work of internal technical staff and/or external contractors assigned to project installations. * Technical Assurance: Guarantee correct deployment of connectivity, routing, and associated services. Required Profile * Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * 3–5 years of proven experience in networking and technological project management. * Availability to work in Barcelona (Spain), and willingness to relocate if residing in another province or country. Essential Technical Knowledge: * Solid experience in configuration and management of Wi\-Fi, routers, and servers. * Proficiency in Software-Defined Networking (SDN). * In-depth knowledge of the IGMP (Multicast) protocol. * Experience managing and implementing telephony, Wi\-Fi, and hotspot services. * Technical ability to supervise field crews/external vendors on-site. Preferred (Plus): * *Prior experience in designing and implementing hospitality networks (e.g., hotel networks).* Soft Skills * Leadership and personnel management (contractors and technicians). * Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset. * Excellent assertive communication. * Organization and attention to detail (especially for budgets and blueprints).
