MARKETING MANAGER

Description

The candidate's mission is to act as Marketing Manager for the various companies within the group, specifically for the plant located in Vilablareix. We are an established company specializing in the manufacture of horticultural soils, substrates, etc., safeguarding the company’s reputation and brand image while effectively communicating its values and objectives across all channels. The role entails full responsibility for marketing and commercial support activities within the group, with particular emphasis on brand positioning and presence in the gardening sector (garden centers, agro-garden stores, construction companies, landscaping firms, and self-employed professionals). This position combines strategic planning and hands-on execution. 1\. Strategy, Marketing Plan and Brand Positioning · Define, execute, and monitor the annual Marketing Plan as a key tool for growth and alignment with the Group’s objectives. · Ensure correct brand positioning and evolution, guaranteeing a clear and differentiated value proposition. · Prepare, manage, and control the marketing budget. · Execute and ensure maintenance of the group’s corporate image. · Apply and monitor brand consistency across all channels, media, and customer touchpoints. · Coordinate and execute corporate and graphic materials: catalogs, packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, exhibition stands, and sales collateral. 2\. Digital Marketing, Content and Communication · Directly manage the group’s websites and their positioning (SEO and SEM). · Lead and execute the development and maintenance of the new corporate website. · Create and coordinate marketing and communication content. · Define, execute, and supervise the social media strategy. · Directly manage external digital, communications, press, and design suppliers. 3\. Campaigns, Promotions and Point of Sale · Conceive, execute, and coordinate promotional campaigns by channel (Bagged Products, Granules). · Develop and manage point-of-sale (POS) and POS display (PLV) materials. · Monitor budgets and material stock levels (via SAP). 4\. Product Management, Commercial Support and CRM Tools · Develop and manage the gardening sector product portfolio based on market analysis and emerging trends. · Execute joint promotional plans and incentives with the sales team. · Provide direct support to the sales department and customer loyalty initiatives. · Actively collaborate in defining, implementing, and using the new CRM system, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, data quality, and proper tool utilization. * Minimum 2 years’ experience.
