Job Summary: We are seeking a shelf stocker for our store, someone passionate about retail and people, responsible for restocking and rotating products, assisting customers, and maintaining their assigned section. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as a shelf stocker and knowledge of section-specific products. 2. Continuous training via an e-learning platform offering over 100 courses. 3. Volunteer days scheduled within regular working hours. As part of the store's replenishment team, reporting to the Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Restocking, front-facing, and rotating products on shelves according to established frequency and order, * Politely assisting customers with questions regarding product features and locations, and collecting their suggestions. * Ensuring all products are correctly labeled. * Supporting inventory counts and order processing. * Cleaning shelves, floors, products, and work equipment.
