At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking for a **Receptionist** ‍‍ for our **Playamojacar property located in Mojácar (Almería)**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Greet, assist, and provide personalized attention to guests throughout their stay, offering information about hotel services and the surrounding area. * Manage and record operational information in internal systems, ensuring effective tracking and support for other departments. * Inform guests about and manage bookings for supplementary services and activities to enhance their experience. * Handle reservations, check\-in, and check\-out procedures, ensuring accurate updates of the property’s occupancy status. * Receive, manage, and follow up on requests, incidents, and complaints according to chain protocols, guaranteeing proper resolution. * Issue invoices and manage payments for services rendered, in accordance with applicable rates and authorized payment methods. **What do we expect from you?** * Studies in Tourism or an equivalent qualification supporting your vocation for customer service. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Advanced command of English (French and other languages are highly valued!). **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract due to production circumstances. * Full-time schedule. * Opportunity to join an established hotel chain. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * **Exclusive benefits**, including discounts at our properties, health insurance partnerships, banking agreements, and much more!
