DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting a Quality Technician for a manufacturing company located in La Selva del Camp.
**Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your mission will be to perform skilled work in managing the quality of processes and operational procedures.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Manage the defined quality system to extract quality indicators, conduct necessary material tests and manufacturing process inspections, and update or create procedures and technical specifications at all levels.
Handle customer, supplier, and internal non-conformities.

Perform necessary tests to ensure quality levels through visual, technical, and laboratory equipment inspections.
Continuously manage, create, and update technical specifications for finished products, raw materials, and semi-finished products; identify and analyze quality issues; propose corrective actions; and document the entire process.
Manage internal, external, and supplier non-conformities or incidents by interacting with relevant departments, responding to customer complaints, and preparing and editing monthly reports jointly with the Supply Chain Manager.
Control and verify the proper functioning of logistics related to quarantine areas for various materials and product stages.
Review and maintain laboratory equipment.
Collaborate with the Production Director and R\+D Manager on various processes and operator instructions to ensure high-quality manufacturing, as well as operator training, proposing improvements to products and processes.
Issue certificates and complete customer forms such as REACH, OEKO\-TEX, BCI…).
Continuously maintain and update the quality documentation system: Quality Manual, procedures, instructions, etc., within applicable areas.
Provide financial information to Finance regarding incidents and improvements implemented.
Provide technical support to involved departments.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager on quality projects.
Manage annual environmental declarations (DARI, DAE, RAEE…) under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager and/or environmental consultants.
Monitor current environmental legislation in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager (e.g., new regulations, fire safety reviews, eco-design plans…).
* Order and cleanliness of workplace(s)
* Manage occupational health and safety (PRL) tasks
o Update worker database
o Provide initial PRL training to new hires
o Handle occupational accidents (mutual insurance forms, reporting, accident investigation)
o Manage preventive activities (implementation and follow-up)
o Emergency plan (organizational chart, drills)
o Light, noise, and thermal stress assessments
o Coordinate medical examinations
o Inventory and replenishment of first-aid kit supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3\-5 years’ prior experience as a Quality Technician
* Weekly commitment of 40 hours on a split schedule (according to calendar, Monday to Friday).
* Technical competencies:
o Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
