Country Spain Province Moralzarzal \- Madrid Application Deadline 31/10/2026 Category Service Staff **Information about the NGO** FUNDACIÓN ALAMEDILLAS **Objective** ------------ A social entity requiring a Psychologist for a project intervening with vulnerable families in: Moralzarzal and Torrelodones (THAM Joint Municipal Authority) **What are your FUNCTIONS?** * Periodic coordination meetings with the social work team and other professionals involved. * Coordination meetings with professionals external to the THAM Joint Municipal Authority (e.g., education, health…) when requested by the assigned social services professional. * Advisory and support services to social services in assessing potential situations of risk and lack of protection affecting minors served by the department, according to procedures established by the Community of Madrid’s Minors’ Protection Area. * Recording of interventions conducted with each service user in the THAM Joint Municipal Authority’s case management software application. * Preparation of psychological reports as specified in Clause Eleven. * Preparation of the annual service report. **What do we OFFER?** * Fixed Discontinuous Contract * 20 hours per week, with possibility of increase depending on needs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Psychology * 1 year of experience in intervention with vulnerable families. **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES** * Empathy, active listening, and patient orientation. * Analytical ability, planning skills, and capacity for clinical decision-making. * Clear communication, both oral and written. * Multidisciplinary team collaboration. * Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. * Experience in intervention with vulnerable families.
