Summary: We are seeking a Psychologist to provide individual and group psychological support, and to design and deliver workshops on gender, male violence, and affective-sexual education. Training on gender perspective and male violence We are a Foundation with around 270 professionals, with a 50-year track record, committed to supporting families in situations of vulnerability, offering assistance in the social, psychological, and educational fields. What are we looking for? Psychologist Provide individual and group psychological support, as well as design and deliver awareness workshops on gender perspective, prevention of male violence, and affective-sexual education, targeted at students, families, and teaching staff. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience in individual, family, and group therapy (addressing violence and life conflicts). Experience in designing and delivering workshops and facilitating groups. * Degree in Psychology * Competencies / knowledge: Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. Valid professional registration or ability to register immediately. Specific training: Training on gender perspective and male violence. Additional training in other forms of violence (e.g., child sexual abuse, filio-parental violence, institutional violence, etc.) and in sexual and gender diversity (especially training related to the LGBTIQ+ community) will be valued. Catalan: C1 level; Spanish: advanced level. Knowledge of other languages will be valued. * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time position * Other relevant details: \- Interim contract \- Contract duration: 4 months (September–December 2026\) \- Location: Sant Martí Ecosystem (C/Cantàbria) \- Working hours: 38.30 weekly hours, Monday to Friday \- Salary: EUR 26,435 gross per year
