The Association of Parents and Friends of the Deaf (ASPAS) Valladolid is a non-profit organization founded in 1979 by a group of parents. Since then, it has operated continuously, striving to fulfill its core objectives. The association was established to support families of the Valladolid Special School for the Deaf, as no parent association existed at the time and these families faced numerous challenges in educating their children. Later, ASPAS became an independent entity separate from the school—and remains so to this day. **Through ASPAS Valladolid, we seek to hire a psychology professional to deliver psychological care to children, adolescents, and adults—with and without disabilities—and to lead group sessions on unwanted loneliness.** What do we offer? * A stable weekly schedule of 16 hours, with potential to increase proportionally based on workload. * Scheduled session preparation time included within working hours. * Indefinite contract. * Flexible schedule distributed over two days (preferably Wednesday and Thursday): morning and afternoon, conducted in person at the Association (C/Ecuador, 17, local); if additional hours are added, a third day must be selected (free choice). * Salary and conditions governed by the XVI General Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities. * Free training in Spanish Sign Language (LSE). **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Be registered with the Psychology Professional Association of Castilla y León.** * **Hold the Official Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology.** * **Reside in Valladolid (no commuting from other locations).** Start date: September. **Profile:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Be registered with the Psychology Professional Association of Castilla y León. * Hold the Official Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology. * Reside in Valladolid (no commuting from other locations). * Be proactive. * Demonstrate interest in working with persons with disabilities in the Third Sector. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Optimism and enthusiasm, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Negotiation skills **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 18\.001 and 24\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master's degree **Minimum Experience:** Not required **Start Date:** 09/06/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
