**Workplace**: *Avenida de Córdoba 21 4º, local 2, 28026, Madrid* **Program**: *International Protection Reception Project through a coordinated action agreement* **Professional Group:** *1* **Working Hours**: *22.185 weekly hours, distributed from Monday to Friday* **Gross Monthly Salary**: *1088.64 € (14 payments) \+ Coordination supplement 125.13 € (12 payments)* **Gross Annual Salary:** *16742.51 €* **Contract Type:** *Temporary Replacement Contract (IT)* **Start Date:** *Immediate* **Probation Period:** *2 months* **Hierarchical Reporting Line:***Migration and Refugee Area Manager* **Functional Reporting Line:***Technical Manager, Migration and Refugee Area.* **JOB MISSION** * Coordinate and supervise the technical team responsible for sociolaboral intervention within the framework of the International Protection Reception Project through a coordinated action agreement, ensuring achievement of established objectives and results. * Furthermore, ensure appropriate planning, monitoring, and evaluation of activities carried out by the PI Madrid Employment Team, promoting technical\-institutional coordination with all involved stakeholders. **JOB FUNCTIONS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE)** Institutional Coordination and Representation * Liaise with the MR Area Coordination Team for service planning, organization, and strategic management related to this service. * Coordinate with competent authorities to fulfill obligations under the social agreement. * Participate in networks related to employment and international protection. * Maintain fluid communication with teams across different territories where projects are implemented. * Provide technical support to other organizational areas in designing the project’s technical and budgetary framework. * Ensure compliance with project objectives and methodology: meeting established deadlines, submitting reports, liaising with funders, and designing and implementing the project. * Monitor submitted proposals to meet funder requirements and resolve requests or reformulations. * Design, plan, and implement the operational framework for the PI Employment Focal Point. Project Management and Supervision * Assume responsibility for managing the sociolaboral integration pathway project for applicants and/or beneficiaries of international protection during implementation, monitoring, and evaluation phases. * Coordinate, monitor, and justify the project technically and economically. * Coordinate and draft reports and summaries detailing outcomes of implemented actions, according to the periodicity required by the Public Administration. * Evaluate and improve employment-area actions based on the team’s own capabilities and in coordination with other organizational areas. * Identify and secure resources to enhance and complement the service. Personnel and Team Management * Select and manage staff and volunteers. * Support management of the sociolaboral integration pathway project team. * Accompany and supervise work teams. * Manage personnel incidents (sick leave, telework, vacations, etc.). * Resolve arising incidents. Technical and Operational Coordination * Coordinate project activities. * Support individual sociolaboral integration pathways. * Provide technical support and case supervision internally within the employment team and in cross-area formats for PI Madrid. * Know and comply with regulations outlined in the International Protection Management and Procedures Manuals. * Where necessary, adapt and adjust functions and tasks of the Madrid-based International Protection professional team, ensuring consistency with competencies defined for their professional group. Document Management and Justification * Collect and manage documentation required to justify project objectives per territory. * Manage documentation and records of interventions using project information tools (Provivienda and Ministry document registries). * Keep management tools, databases, i3l system, and program indicators up to date. * Promote recording of service interventions and activities in the CRM. * Draft summaries and reports, present data both for activity justification and for all management related to service sustainability (audits, seeking new funding, etc.). **BENEFITS*** Flexible start and end times. * For full annual working hours: 60 hours of discretionary time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work-life balance. * Career development and professional growth opportunities. * Laptop and smartphone with access to M365 environment. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. ### **Minimum Requirements** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * University degree in Social Sciences. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Experience and/or training in sociolaboral integration projects involving individuals in situations of or at risk of exclusion. * More than three years’ experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Over two years’ experience managing sociolaboral inclusion projects. * Experience in projects supporting applicants and beneficiaries of international protection. * Experience providing social accompaniment to individuals experiencing social exclusion. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Experience and/or knowledge of the corporate, commercial, or HR sectors. * Knowledge, management, and handling of databases. * Ability to formulate social projects using logical frameworks. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Experience working in NGOs. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Experience in mediation and conflict resolution. * Experience managing volunteers. * Familiarity with the i3l application. * Foreign language proficiency. * Disability certificate of at least 33%. * Willingness and ability to travel to provinces where the project is implemented, as part of focal point duties. **COMPETENCIES** GENERAL * Rigor, efficiency, and quality. * Commitment to the organization and strategic vision. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Teamwork. * Participant-centered orientation. * Empathy.
