Job Description We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-oriented **Project Manager** to plan, coordinate, and supervise company projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting established quality objectives. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and coordinate projects from initiation to closure. * Define objectives, scope, schedules, and required resources for each project. * Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. * Supervise the project team and coordinate with other departments. * Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and outcome summaries for management. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal regulations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes. * Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in project management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum). * Skills in planning, organization, and team leadership. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives within established deadlines. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, depending on the sector. * PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
