With over 23 years of experience, our work has advanced citizen empowerment through ICT and social innovation, addressing social challenges from both human and technological perspectives. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Your mission will be to coordinate and manage programs and activities that promote digital inclusion, ensuring each project is successfully executed and creates real impact in people's lives. Your responsibilities will include: * Activity organization: Plan, coordinate, and complete projects, ensuring necessary resources are available and objectives are met, always with a human-centered approach. * Entity outreach: Engage organizations to promote and inform about the various projects we manage. * Goal-oriented work: Achieve weekly targets focused on completing activities. * Internal collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure all activities align with the organization’s mission and reflect our values of inclusion and equity. * Project monitoring: Supervise the entire activity cycle, from planning to evaluation, continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt to the needs of the people we serve. **WHAT AWAITS YOU AT CIBERVOLUNTARIOS?** * Contract: Permanent full-time contract, with a probation period according to regulations. * Working hours: 35 hours per week, promoting work-life balance. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00\-18:30h with a 45-minute break / Monday to Friday from 8:00\-15:00h with a 15-minute break * Salary: 18,000 euros gross annually.
